Hi sweethearts. It’s the first monday in April, which mean that I’m starting my summer prep workout/diet today. I’m actually very excited – and I can’t wait to get back in great shape. I did this two years ago – and lost a lot of weight and gain muscles in just two months – it totally changed my body completely, but as you know – I moved to New York, and it all got a bit messed up. Now, my motivation’s back and I can’t wait to feel that good about myself again.
I’ll keep you posted everyday on my meals and workouts – and post results. If someone’s interested? Anyway, my day one run awaits. Later guys!
