I have just got back from the gym since I didn’t go yesterday because we went to Manhattan right after school. I did my usually interval running for about one hour so I’m very satisfied with todays workout. I burned 750 calories in total with a maximum heart rate of 183.
HOW I DO MY INTERVAL TRAINING: I usually warm up with walking the first five minutes, then I run for 5 minutes. After every ten minutes I increase the incline to the next level. The last 20 minutes of my workout I’m switching between walking and running with the incline on 14. It’s very hard, so I usually walk for four minutes and then run for one/two minutes, depends on my energy, and keep doing that for the last 20 minutes of the workout.
