MAKING PROGRESS – WORKOUT


Today I made a new record in the gym. I burned around 1000 calories in 82 minutes.
Yey! I’m so proud of myself for making such a good progress with my workouts.
I can’t wait until the results starts to show on my body, but it takes time.

I also bought a new protein powder with 50g in every shake and some new capsules.

So let the fun begin!
