Hi sweeties! I’m feeling so much better today – and I actually went for my first run this year! It feels so good to finally get back on track. I’ve managed to follow my diet for 5 days now, and so will it continue. I’ve totally forgotten how much better you feel by eating better and exercise – but now that I know I’ll stick to it! I guess not being able to drink for 2 weeks really is good for me and my goals.
Now I’m waiting on S. We’re just gonna spend this saturday night at my place watching some movies and chat – like old times. Can’t wait. Have a good weekend everyone!
